Doc, all I can say is- Hot Tuna Loves You! LOL!
Look forward to seeing some video of you from these upcoming shows...I think it's great you're doing this, especially the classic tunes..much success to you!
Lucky buggers in New York! Damn! Great to hear you will be entertaining the masses. And with Paul Kantner no less. Probably sounds really stupid on my part, but I can still remember where and when I got my copy of blows against the empire, and listen to it often! Too bad you don't have Jerry Garcia around to play his pedal steel and the trippy guitar solos too from the LP. I do find it will be an unique version of black kangaroo on accoustic. Bet you wish you still had your reverse firebird...........Outstanding. Glad to hear you will be out and about. graybeard
Thanks for telling it like we're feeling it! Your comments about Feinstein/Lieberman had me falling out of my chair at work with laughter. So, tell us hou you REALLY feel about Feinstein, Mr. K!
I did hear/see you play once at the Kabuki back in the spring of '74 when JS was getting ready for the first tour. I remember having a great time. Cymbaline (Lisa) who posts to PKantners site has recommended some of your music so I can broaden my horizens and acquaint myself with your talent. I look forward to hearing you play live again sometime. And thanks for making me laugh!
OK, I'll start saving. I hope you aren't just touring the NE where my first cousins live. My same first cousins that ratted me out for talking about corkaine without letting them in on the conversation. But anyway I do have a friend or two, I think that's it, ya one or two up there and I would try to make the trip.
I liked teenage pussy when I was a teenager also. I liked 24 year old pussy when I was a teenager and as a matter of fact I liked eigth grade pussy when I was in first grade. There ya go you dragged the truth out of me...Anyway about your touring this side, I will be there, if money and circumstances would allow I would have made brunch in SF to hear you already. I'd say you yourself are responsible for at least one of the greatest guitar lines of r' and r' history sir and I ain't just saying that. Of course who am I to say.
My how I am improving with time and therapy. Oh by the way may I ask now that so much time has gone under the bridge? What did it say across the mountain range on the inside of the Black Kangaroo album? On second thought maybe some things are still better left to the imagination.
Cheers and be careful on that shoulder.
Cannot wait to hear more about the tour info. I doubt if you will be out here in redneck land, but damn.....wouldn't it be nice? besides, it is only a three hour drive or so from Kansas city area, aka St. Joke missouri to Des Moines Iowa!....hang in there doc. just remember, some idiots end up in nut houses, some get elected!
