also: the archives, lovingly compiled by music historian lisa rios is available ..... this eighteen cut compilation has everything from kangaroo live, circa 1976, to "lullaby," an eponymous song written to lull my boys to sleep ..... it didn't work but ..... i think it one of the finest things i've ever done: great lyrics, wonderful playing, and harmonies that will put a lump in your throat and a tear or two in your eye ...... in between are guitar-driven rockets like "garden island," "skedaddle moon," and "sleep deprived;" social commentary (and i think you know what i'm talkin' about) in "the mean streets of richmond;" instrumental pyrotechnics in "the flight at the end of the tunnel," along with great versions of "that's a good question;" "paqui;" " amalfi," and more .....

did i mention "the ballad of saddam hussein?"
